What's this all about?
Our premier edition went out in early February to test a group of 16 people asking for feedback. The response was positive (even to the gossipy stuffy). So, as time permits and news comes in , I will continue with a broader distribution. If you receive this and would prefer not to, please call.
Who's Doing What?
Derek and Lisa Mooneyham are building a new house. In addition to EDS, Derek is still in the DJ business. Be sure to call on him for your next big bash. Lisa is enjoying the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom, as is Janet Haaker. Nancy Ford is back in the employment ranks at Qwest after a nice long break. Sherry Anderson is working for a small cable installation company close to home. Word is Keith Lammey is enjoying his new credit management job in New Mexico. Tara Russell passed along lots of information to share. Both she and Keri Ensiminger are working at HBOC Access Health in Broomfield (Tara's already been there a year as Admin. Support to the VP of Product Delivery). Tara and her husband went to England this summer and caught up with Paul Crane and Barry Mazhari. Paul is District Manager for about 30 stores in southern England and Barry has a special Irish lady in his life.  They may be headed to the states this spring. Tonya Wemm is working with there husband in his copier business, which is booming. Lynnda McGowan is still with UDS out at the havana office (so far, surviving the layoffs). Tracy Adcock wasn't so lucky. She's done on March 31st. Ann Wagner is with Ciber and now working out of their Colorado Springs office. Karen Ildau is the Marketing Director for Pikes Peak International Raceway and spends lots of time in Colorado Springs these days. Jesus Rivera is with Gart Brothers. Aimee Giese is at AMC Cancer Research Center and both Guy Yates and Warren Peterson are at GFX International (Total bought signs for retail outlets from them). Tom Schneider showed up a recent Friday night get-together. He's a partner in a Houston firm that's basically a general contractor for refinery projects.

Andre Haydel and Joe Ruiz have also stayed in refining business, working at the Alma Refinery as Andre Haydel and Assoc. Rick Kisser is Vice President Accounting & Finance at Meteor Industries. Mary Lisa Bugel is Senior Business Systems Specialist at EchoStar Communications and freely admits to suffering serious culture shock.. Thanks ML, glad I'm not the only one! Barbara Elec is there too. Christi Sheldon is working for the Hot Pockets people (you know those yummy little mircrowavable goodies) and Diane Garner is still traveling (smart lady!). As far as we know, Bob Keppler is still with Centennial Funds and Rich Bell at Media One. Three people ended up at CH2M Hill in the Tech Center. Ron Edelen is Corporate manager of Purchasing & Travel and Curtis Johnson works for him as Leasing Coordinator. JoAnn Shea is Assistant Controller.
Dick Dana, Scott Topham, Tommy Berry and Doug Kerner all got together in California recently for some golf. I hear the weather was great and Tommy was the hot golfer of the foursome. Sounds like Dick Dana and Tom Schneider will be playing some golf with Tony Jones in San Antonio soon.
Its been great hearing from and about so many of you these past few weeks. Please continue to keep me posted. My e-mail is Brenda.McCormick@qwest.com. I've had several suggestions (and volunteer - thanks, Denise) to do this via e-mail or maybe set up a website, etc.  Will continue looking into more hi-tech options for future. I haven't upgraded my home computer yet and my employer frowns on personal use of computers!
